About
Silverpeak by The Dab, based in Colorado.
The Challenge
7 distinct locations with no unified digital presence. Menus were static images. No online ordering. No SEO strategy across any location.
The Solution
Full website rebuild, online ordering integration, per-location SEO, Google Business Profile optimisation

The Challenge

Seven locations.

Zero digital infrastructure.

  • No online ordering capability across any of the 7 locations
  • No cohesive digital presence or brand system across the Front Range stores
  • Each location had a distinct culture and vibe with no framework to represent that online
  • No SEO strategy — none of the locations were meaningfully visible on Google
  • No resources internally to manage or direct their online marketing

The Dab by Silverpeak operates seven dispensaries across Colorado’s Front Range, each with its own character. The brand prides itself on that diversity — different vibes, different neighbourhoods, different customers. That identity worked well in-store. Online, it had no expression at all.

When Denise and the team came to Cannabud, the website’s approach to menus was a snapshot of the broader problem: product catalogues were static images dropped directly onto the homepage. No user journey. No ability to search, filter, or purchase. Customers couldn’t tell what was in stock, let alone order it.

In a Colorado market where online ordering has become an expectation — not a feature — this wasn’t just a missed opportunity. It was leaving revenue on the table across seven stores simultaneously.

Before

The Solution

Rebuild the foundation.

Add commerce. Then drive traffic to all of it.

Three moves in sequence. Each one unlocked the next.

1

Complete website rebuild — built to represent seven distinct stores under one brand

The existing site had no real user experience — static menu images, no navigation logic, no way for a customer to understand what The Dab was or find the location relevant to them. We rebuilt it from the ground up with a proper architecture that could hold seven distinct location identities without fragmenting the brand. Each store got its own presence. The brand held together across all of them.

Static image menus are common in early-legal markets. They become a ceiling on growth as customer expectations shift.

2

Online ordering integration — because customers expect to shop before they arrive

A rebuilt website with no transactional capability was still only half the job. Customer behaviour in cannabis has moved in line with every other retail category: browse online, decide before you arrive, or order for pickup. We integrated live menu and online ordering through Flowhub across all seven locations, turning the website from a digital brochure into a revenue channel.

Online ordering isn’t a premium feature — it’s the baseline expectation in a mature cannabis market.

3

Per-location SEO and Google Business Profile optimisation across all 7

With a proper website and real online ordering in place, the final move was visibility. We rebuilt and optimised all online content on a per-location basis — each store needed to rank for its own local market, its own neighbourhood search intent, and its own set of competitor dynamics. Google Business Profiles were built out and optimised across all seven locations. Traffic followed.

A 7-location MSO needs 7 local strategies. One blanket approach leaves most of the market uncaptured.

Running multiple locations with no clear digital strategy across any of them?

Multi-location operators need more than a single website. They need a system that represents each store, drives local traffic to each market, and scales as they grow. Book a free call and we’ll show you what that looks like for your operation.
